About us
Bible Navigators was first implemented in Palm Harbor, Florida in 2006.  It's success was so encouraging that we wanted to share it with you free of charge.  We have found that equipping teachers with both bible knowledge and a method for sharing that knowledge greatly increases the joy of teaching.  Not only that, kids are more motivated and energized to learn "thick" lessons that would ordinarily be considered "over their heads."

Can my child do this?
Kids are a lot smarter than many people give them credit for. When the system was first implemented, it was not uncommon to hear parents say, "I think this might be too much for my child," only later to hear, "I can't believe how much my child is learning."  In the first 6 months of the program, a small class of of 15 kids (ages 7 to 11) went from memorizing core bible theology to simplistic biblical Greek (with many translating short sentences!).  The beauty of this program is that no child has to "keep up" with the others.  If it's their turn during the trivia game and they don't know the answer, the other kids can help them.  No one is left "feeling stupid."

Is this a tool for you?
Even the most gifted teacher sometimes needs a system that clicks with the audience they're working with.  If you teach 2nd through 6th grade, this just might be a system for you. We do not presume that this system will work for everyone. Not every teacher will "click" with our style and not every church will find it useful. On that note, make sure you test this curriculum to see if you're comfortable with using it for your kids.

Since the start of this program, we have expanded to offering online resources for teacher training.  These courses are free and used with permission from www.biblicaltraining.org, a ministry we highly encourage you to support.  If the children's curriculum does not work for you, the online seminary courses may still help you master a deeper knowledge of God's word which in turn will make you a more effective teacher.
